TRI-CITIES, Wash. — Picking up a book this summer could win you a free Nintendo Switch. Mid-Columbia Libraries just kicked off their summer reading challenge. They are encouraging adults and children to read just 15 hours over the summer. “We do this annually because we want to allow the children to have a safe place to come learn, explore topics, ” said Davin Diaz.
If you want to participate you can sign up online and have the chance to win several gifts like an amazon gift card, a LEGO set, or even a Nintendo Switch.
All twelve branches of the Mid-Columbia libraries are participating.
