Bringing the State Symbols alive
Move over spooks and goons. The Secretary of State’s executive team has mixed civics with Halloween … and the result is a total scream!
Today the crew is decked out as Washington’s State Symbols – we have the State Seal, a Western Hemlock … and Dave is dressed up as a rhododendron bush.

Hilarious! I hadn’t seen this before – where is Dave? Is that him hiding at the back? Good to see a sense of humour guys – looking forward to 2010 costumes!
@ Christina Siderius I like the outfit of Dave’s rhododendron bushes, in fact all the costumes wake hilarity, I’m at work and I just can not help laughing 😉
