The Washington State Library will be closed Aug. 30 for staff training. No appointments, online chat service or telephone assistance will be available that day. The State Library will resume normal operations on Aug. 31.

The State Library’s Reading Room is open by appointment Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 pm. Its front lobby, which includes two computers available for public use, also is open during this time. The library is located at 6880 Capitol Blvd. SE in Tumwater.
