Our Corporations & Charities Division strives to be a customer-friendly place for corporations, charities, nonprofits and other entities that register there. The latest example?

If you need to change your registered agent or registered office address, you may now submit a statement of change online and free of charge to our Corporations Division! Before, you had to fill out a paper form and pay a $10 fee.

Just remember, your registered agent must have a physical address in the state of Washington, but may have an additional mailing address for receiving notices from the Secretary of State.
