When you have a bunch of loyal 12s working at the Capitol two days before the Super Bowl, you need to do something to let them cheer on their beloved Seahawks.

Gov. Inslee gave them an excuse to yell at the top of their lungs when he issued a proclamation calling for three Moments of Loudness at noon Friday, Saturday and Super Sunday.

The guv, first lady Trudi Inslee and Secretary of State Wyman joined around 200 Seahawks fans in getting loud and proud on the steps of the Capitol at noon Friday.
