ALA-APA RECOGNIZES SFCC LIBRARY PROGRAM

In a press release dated September 5, 2013, the American Library Association-Allied Professional Association (ALA-APA) announced that it will officially recognize graduates of the Library and Information Services Program at Spokane Falls Community College (SFCC) with the Library Support Staff Certification (LSSC) designation. The ALA-APA had reviewed the SFCC curriculum and determined that it met most of the LSSC requirements.
