February “Archives treasures” item #2: Wilson in WA

Photo courtesy of Washington Digital Archives. Yesterday, we began our February round of “Archives treasures” with the Penitentiary Inmate Files of 1881-1902. In light of President Obama’s visit to the Evergreen State Friday, and the upcoming Presidents Day holiday, we chose as our second “contestant”  this photograph of President Woodrow Wilson, pictured in his top hat while visiting Seattle in 1919.
