Wyman names Tsering Cornell as Corporations Director
Secretary of State Kim Wyman has appointed Assistant Attorney General Tsering Cornell as director of the Washington State Division of Corporations & Charities. Cornell succeeds Pam Floyd, a 15-year veteran of the Office of Secretary of State, who is retiring to her home state of Wyoming.
