Simply Washington: Something more to add?

Simply Washington: Something more to add?

Pages from SimplyWashingtonAfter we published our online resource book “Simply Washington” on our homepage, it didn’t take long for readers to ask us to add a thing or two! Some suggested adding certain people or events  to our history section. One viewer couldn’t believe Sir Mix-A-Lot (“Baby Got Back”) hadn’t been included among the list of notable musicians.

Because it’s an e-book, we can easily make updates and revisions to Simply Washington, and we plan on it. This resource is intended to give visitors and students a great overview of Washington State … so share your knowledge and help improve it for an upcoming revised edition!

  1. you need to take a look at the history again. What you have perpetuates a history that disregards the Spanish as the first non-natives to encounter and map this area (1774 Juan Perez) and the first to establish a settlement – Fort Nunez Gaona (Neah Bay).
