The Seattle Public Library has expanded its Web site to offer more information for its Vietnamese, Russian, Chinese, and Spanish-speaking readers. Summer Reading:
The Mountlake Terrace Library (Sno-Isle Libraries) will host a program this summer to help second and third graders who are reluctant to read gain confidence and learn to enjoy reading.
