Implementation projects should be based on planning that has been specific to the needs of the institution and its collections within the context of its local environment.

Any U.S. nonprofit organization is eligible, as are state and local governmental agencies and tribal governments. Applications must be received by Grants.gov by 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time), Tuesday, December 8, 2009.
