Gotta Keep Reading!
Ocoee Middle School in Florida put together an amazing video tribute to reading, based on the Black Eyed Peas / Oprah flash mob event in Chicago. Something inspiring for your Friday morning!

I really enjoyed this video. I am a reading coach in my district and would love to have the words to the song to share with my staff. Is it possible?

Hi Barbara, I don’t see why not. So long as you’re not selling the lyrics, using them for educational purposes seems within fair use. If you’re looking for the lyrics themselves, I found them over here: http://www.scribd.com/doc/27792606/Gotta-Keep-Reading-Lyrics.
Thanks for your comment!

Ahniwa,
perhaps Oscar Wilde’s poem could provide even better lyrics for the campaign: http://www.wepapers.com/Papers/20677/Oscar_Wilde_-_The_Ballad_Of__Reading__Gaol

Edwin, most definitely. If you figure out how to put it to music, I think you’ll have a hit on your hands!
Though it is a bit long for your standard, 3-minute pop track.
