7) DOES YOUR AUDIENCE HEAR WHAT YOU MEAN?

The library has much to offer, as a provider of information and entertainment, and as a partner in the cultural, economic, and civic life of the community. But expressing this message in language that resonates with your audience, and finding the optimum channels to make sure that it will reach them, can be difficult. In this free webinar, Mary Jo Ryan, Nebraska Library Commission Communications Coordinator will offer some techniques for improving communications with the community.

Wednesday July 21, 8:00-9:00 a.m. PDT. Communication-Getting the Word Out: Does your audience hear what you mean? Register at www.nlc.state.ne.us/ncompass/ncompasslive.asp.
