Heron Sighting
All sorts of creatures check out what the Washington State Library has to offer!
This time it happened to be a blue heron who was investigating what might live in the reed ponds which dot the grounds around the Washington State Library campus in Tumwater.
We spotted him (or her) last week from our fourth floor windows, perched on the roof of the adjacent building.
This blog posting was a combined effort by Carolyn Petersen and Will Stuivenga.
