State Database Licencing Needs Assessment RFP Re-issued

The Library Development Program of the Washington State Library, a division of the Office of the Secretary of State (OSOS), announces the re-release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Needs Assessment of its Statewide Database Licensing (SDL) Project. The assessment activities to be completed include surveys, interviews, comparative usage data analysis, and so forth. Ideally, the work will be completed by December 12, 2014. We encourage proposals from consultants, graduate students (working individually or in a group), or anyone else with the skills or experience required.

The deadline for submitting proposals is 4:00 p.m. August 21, 2014. The recommended deadline for submitting a notice of intent to propose, which insures receipt of any additional communications regarding this procurement, is August 5, 2014.

All questions and other communications should be directed to the RFP Coordinator, Will Stuivenga, at [email protected] or 360.704.5217.
